OPINION
DAVIS, Judge:
T1 Counterclaimants Foothills Water Company, J. Rodney Dangie, the Dansie Family Trust, Richard P. Dansie, Boyd W. Dansie, Joyce M. Taylor, and Bonnie R. Par-kin (the Dansies) appeal several of the trial court's determinations. Counterclaim Defendant Hi-Country Estates Homeowners Association (the Association) filed a cross-appeal challenging other determinations. We affirm.
