NORVELL, Justice.

This is an action of trespass to try title involving certain lands in the Jose Vasquez Borrego Grant situated in Webb and Zapata Counties, Texas. Questions concerning the validity of this grant, its boundaries and title to various portions thereof have been before the appellate courts of this State on several occasions. See Von Rosenberg v.
