Michael Puglisi, Faina Miller, Kathleen Hurst, Sadia Syed, and Clayton Mills (collectively, “plaintiffs”) brought this action against their former employer, TD Bank, N.A. (“TD Bank” or “defendant”). Plaintiffs, who were TD Bank Assistant Store Managers (“ASMs”), allege that defendant has violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and similar state labor laws.
