In this action, the plaintiff, Raymond J. Gorman, III, seeks injunctive and compensatory relief under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1988, for alleged violations of his constitutional rights to free speech and due process under the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
