¶ 1 This is a reciprocal disciplinary proceeding initiated pursuant to Rule 7.7 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings ("RGDP"), 5 O.S. Supp. 2014, ch. 1, app. 1-A, which provides for discipline in Oklahoma that is based upon a disciplinary action occurring in another jurisdiction.
