The above-styled Chapter 11 bankruptcy case is before the Court on a Motion for Relief From the Automatic Stay filed by Resolution Trust Corporation, as Conservator for First American Savings Bank, F.S.B. (“Movant”) in which it seeks the entry of an order granting relief from the automatic stay nunc pro tunc. Barron J. and Nancy H. Russell (“Intervenors”) filed a Motion to Intervene in Movant’s Motion.
