Appellant William Randy Johnson filed suit in July 2003 against Regions Bank; Beck, Owen & Murray, individually and as agent for Regions Bank; Charles Jones, Esq., individually and as agent for Regions Bank; Ray Browning, Sr., individually; 1 and R.
