This is an appeal by the defendants, Judith M. Kuhn and Leona Kuhn Hoff (hereinafter Judith and Leona respectively), from a summary judgment of the District Court of Dunn County, entered April 8, 1980, awarding the plaintiff, Marcella Kuhn, Personal Representative of the estate of Leo Kuhn (hereinafter Leo), specific performance of a written contract executed on July 5, 1952. No appeal has been taken by the other named defendants: Adam Ralph Kuhn, John Kuhn, and D. W. Knud-son, Special Administrator of the estate of Rosa Kuhn. We affirm.
