MEMORANDUM

DALZELL, District Judge.

Plaintiff Joseph Y. Brogan, a tenured professor, has sued his employer, LaSalle University, as well as many individual de fendants, 1 for sex discrimination under .42 U.S.C. § 2000e, civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and related state claims of defamation, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, and negligent and intentional interference with contract.
