TAMILIA, Judge:

Howard D. Mathues appeals from the September 21, 1993 Order granting the preliminary objections of appellee/TimBar Corporation t/a Merchandising Innovations and granting change of venue to York County, Pennsylvania. The facts have been set forth by the trial court as follows.

On or about June 5, 1989, Plaintiff accepted employment with Defendant, Merchandising Innovations (hereafter known as “MI”).
