I. INTRODUCTION

These consolidated actions brought against defendants American Business Financial Services, Inc. (ABFS), Anthony J. Santilli, Richard Kaufman and Albert W. Mandia have been filed on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired ABFS’ publicly traded securities during the Class Period.
