We are called upon to review the exclusion of evidence in proceedings for defendant’s possession of approximately a quarter pound of marijuana. Specifically, the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial courts’ conclusions that an anonymous telephone call relied upon by the Alpena Police Department to make an investigative stop of defendant’s vehicle did not provide the basis to support a reasonable suspicion of criminal behavior.
