This is an appeal by the Illinois Building Authority from an order dismissing its third-party complaint.

In January of 1968, the plaintiff, Talandis Construction Corporation, entered into a contract with the Illinois Building Authority (Authority) to construct a smaU animal clinic and hospital for the use of the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana.
