delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff seeks indemnification from defendant for expenditures made by plaintiff because of injuries sustained by defendant’s employees while on plaintiff’s premises. Plaintiff’s two-count complaint alleges contractual and noncontractual claims for indemnity. Judgment was entered for defendant after a non jury trial.
