The Nance Motor Company, who was duly incorporated under the laws of the state of Texas, operated an automobile business in the town of New Castle. It owned certain furniture and fixtures and a stock of merchandise in the operation of its business, and also held an agency -for the sale óf Chevrolet cars. W. F. Nance was president and general manager of the Nance Motor Company and had exclusive control of its business. L. G. Stizes was its vice president and Don E.
