The plaintiff, Maurice R. Silver, M.D., has appealed from the trial court’s orders granting summary judgment to defendants Queen’s Hospital and St. Francis Hospital and to individual defendants Ralph B. Cloward, M.D., John J. Lowrey, M.D., and Thomas S. Bennett, M.D., and from the orders denying his own motions for summary judgment as to these defendants. He also appeals from the circuit court’s refusal to mandate the Queen’s Hospital to grant him staff privileges.
