This was a proceeding in equity, in the Bock Island Circuit Court. The proceedings were had upon an original bill and answers thereto, and upon a cross-bill and answers thereto. Upon a hearing, the court rendered a decree not satisfactory to any of the parties, and both parties to the original and cross-bills have appealed .to this court and assigned errors upon the record. The record is very voluminous and the argument of counsel elaborate.
