WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge:
In this appeal, we must decide whether we have jurisdiction to review Stephan Gary Hill’s challenge to the extent of the district court’s downward departure based on Hill’s substantial assistance to the Government. Hill pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute 389 pounds of marijuana.
