EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
This is the final stage in the settlement of these consolidated class actions; hopefully, the closing chapter in the controversy and litigations in which the Class A and Class B shareholders of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (“MoPac”) have been embroiled for almost two decades.
