Dr. Dharma Agrawal, a tenured professor at the University of Cincinnati (UC), brought this action asserting constitutional violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983; violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 with regard to terms and conditions of his employment; and a state-law breach of contract claim. Defendants removed the case. On Defendants’ motion, the district court dismissed all claims against UC. Following discovery, the individual Defendants moved for and were granted summary judgment.
