Petitioner Fisher Governor Company, an Iowa corporation, seeks a writ of mandate to compel the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco to enter its order quashing service of summons in three actions brought by plaintiffs, the real parties in interest in this proceeding. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 416.3.) The actions were brought to recover damages for the wrongful deaths of Lowell Prestwich and Donald B. Satchel and for personal injuries suffered by Clifford Turner.
