[¶ 1] Disciplinary Counsel objects to the disciplinary board hearing panel’s amended report, which concluded Michael Ward violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(f) and recommended he be reprimanded and pay costs of $3,076.52 associated with the proceeding. Ward objects to the hearing panel’s conclusion that he violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(f). We conclude there is clear and convincing evidence Ward violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(f), and we adopt the hearing panel’s recommendation of a reprimand and order Ward to pay restitution in the amount of $2,750 to James and Bonnie Mickelson and…
