I. INTRODUCTION

Michael Askenaizer, the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), filed an objection (Doc. No. 14) (the “Objection”) to the homestead exemption claimed by Marc Visconti (the “Debtor”) in the proceeds from the sale of the Debtor’s former home.
