This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal predicated upon the sustaining, without leave to amend, of a demurrer to plaintiff’s complaint by which it was sought to obtain an injunction restraining defendants from expending funds of the city of Los Angeles in conducting “police block ades,” that is, blocking off designated areas of the city of Los Angeles and stopping all persons and automobiles entering or leaving such areas and searching them without first obtaining search warrants.
