Plaintiff Francine Lioi, a former employee in New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (“DOHMH”), brings several claims of employment discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
