Plaintiff Suzanne Matthews (“Plaintiff’), proceeding pro se, brings this action against Corning Incorporated (“Corning”), David Dawson-Elli, Michael Moore, Cynthia Giroux, and Marc Giroux (collectively, the “Defendants”), alleging gender discrimination and retaliation, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., (“Title VII”) and the New York State Executive Law §§ 290 et seq.
