Plaintiff, Otie Stolldorf, widow of Howard Stolldorf, claiming among other things an unreleased homestead interest in certain real property situate in Cheyenne, Wyoming, previously conveyed by decedent to defendant-Eva Stolldorf, commenced an action to have said conveyance set aside.
