ZATKOFF, District Judge.

This matter is currently before the Court on a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants John Van Bolt and Susan Linde-man and a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Michael Schwartz.

FACTS

Plaintiff is a lawyer, currently suspended, who was previously a practicing attorney in the State of Michigan. Defendant John Van Bolt was the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Attorney Discipline Board.
