This action was brought to enjoin the operation of a funeral home at a certain place in Walterboro. The respondents were the plaintiffs in the Court below, and will be hereinafter referred to as such; and the appellant, which was the defendant in the Court below, will likewise be hereinafter referred to as such. The defendant is a corporation, the property and business of which are owned and controlled by D.
