Defendant appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict convicting him of two counts of forcible rape (Pen. Code, § 261, subd. (2)), 1 two counts of battery (§ 242) and one count of false imprisonment (§ 236). Defendant was sentenced to state prison for the upper term of eight years on one rape conviction, to a full consecutive eight-year upper term on the second rape conviction, and to concurrent county jail terms on the three misdemeanor convictions.
