INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Katherine Cantrell, et al., (“Plaintiffs”) brought this action in Alabama state court alleging breach of contract and fraud in violation of the laws of Alabama against their former employer, Rock-Tenn Company (“Rock-Tenn”), and one pf Rock-Tenn’s managers, Russell Currey (“Currey”) (collectively “Defendants”).
