This is an action in the nature of ejectment. It was instituted by the Gila Land & Cattle Company, as plaintiff, to recover from Henry L. Eads, as defendant, the possession of the following described lands: N. E. % and the N. % of the S. E. % and the N. % of the N. W. % and the S. W. % of the N. W. % of section 11, township 5 south, range 6 east, Gila and Salt river base and meridian, Maricopa county, Arizona.
