Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas sustaining defendants’ motion to dismiss and denying plaintiffs leave to file an amended and a first amended complaint.

On February 28, 1986, plaintiffs filed this action against Robert DeVictor and Edward Lombardo, as well as the partnership of Lombardo and DeVictor. The case involves the administration of the estate of Paolo DiPaolo, deceased. Plaintiffs include the widow and five children of the decedent.
