This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Hamilton County Municipal Court.

Plaintiffs-appellants, Bernice Williams and Eunice Edwards, appeal from a judgment of dismissal entered by the municipal court in favor of defendant-appellee, the Glen Manor Home For Jewish Aged. In its entry granting ap-pellee’s motion to dismiss, the trial court found that appellants lacked standing to institute the action and that they had failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
