PRESTON, J.—
The judgment for plaintiffs is affirmed. Defendant Thomas seeks by this appeal to avoid the decree which requires her to specifically perform a certain written' contract whereby plaintiffs agreed to purchase and she agreed to sell certain real property comprising a part of the Rancho East Laguna, situate in Los Angeles County, California. Her objections to the decree are numerous, varied, interwoven and supported mainly by undeveloped argument; hence we find it impracticable to discuss all of the matters urged, but we have examined the record thoroughly and find evidence,…
