MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.

FACTS & PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Plaintiff SMC, Inc. (“SMC”) is a United Kingdom corporation with its principal place of business in Durham, United Kingdom. (R. 1, Comply 1.) Defendant Lockjaw, LLC (“Lockjaw”) is a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in West Chicago, Illinois. (Id. ¶ 2.)
