This action arises from a contract between Koursa, Inc. (“Koursa”) and manro-land, Inc. (“manroland”) for the purchase and sale of a certain printing press system (the “Printing Press”) manufactured by manroland AG. (R. 1, Compl. ¶¶ 5-6-; R. 25, manroland’s Answer ¶¶ 5-6.)
