Jimmie Moore (“Moore” or “petitioner”), presently confined at the Marquette Branch Prison in Marquette, Michigan, seeks the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, alleging that he is that he is confined in violation of his constitutional rights.
