1 Plaintiffs/Appellants Richard Freeman, Jr. (Father or Richard) and Katherine Freeman (Daughter or Katie)(collectively "Appellants") filed a petition asserting negligence and breach of contract claims when their automobile was stolen from Defendant/Ap-pellee Bodyworks, Inc.'s (Bodyworks) premises.
