Bernard Campbell, proceeding pro se, appeals the district court’s order which granted the renewed and amended motion for summary judgment of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (“the VA”) on his Title VII employment discrimination claims. Rev. Campbell had alleged disparate treatment based on his religion, race, and gender, as well as retaliation. On appeal, Rev. Campbell raises three issues.
