This action is brought by the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), pursuant to its authority under section 6 of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), 7 U.S.C. § 13a-1 (2012), against Defendants Allied Markets LLC (Allied), Joshua Gilliland (Gilliland), and Chawalit Wongkhiao (Wongkhiao).
