James Hess was, in his lifetime, the owner of a farm of 96 acres, in the township of Dundee, Monroe county. On the 17th day of September, 1913, he leased the same to plaintiff, and on November 17th of the same year he married her. They lived together for a time, but /trouble arose, and James Hess obtained a divorce from her in February, 1917. In awarding plaintiff alimony in the divorce case the court did not disturb the lease in question.
