Plaintiff, a tax purchaser of certain vacant property in Ogemaw County, appeals by right the trial court’s order granting defendant Michael L. Bailey and intervening defendants Ralph Hamilton, Sr., and Lona Hamilton summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C) (10) on plaintiff’s complaint to quiet title.
