OPINION AND ORDER
ROSS, District Judge.
Pro se plaintiff Tunde A. Adeyi commenced the instant action in May 2006 with the filing of a motion for return of seized property. (Dkt. No. 1.) Presently pending before the court are plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings and defendant’s motion for dismissal or summary judgment.
For the following reasons, the court denies Adeyi’s motion. The court grants in part and denies in part the government’s motion to dismiss. The court grants the government’s motion insofar as sovereign immunity bars Adeyi’s claims for relief pursuant to the court’s…
