Plaintiff commenced this case alleging discrimination based upon his learning disabilities while a student at the School of Nursing at Adelphi University (“Adelphi”). Named as Defendants are Adelphi University (“Adelphi” or the “University”), the Adelphi University Board of Trustees (“Trustees”), James A.
