VAIDIK, Judge.

Case Summary .

The trial court found PH. eligible for 72-hour emergency detention because he was mentally ill and dangerous. It ordered him to be admitted to Wabash Valley Hospital, Inc., the community mental health center ("CMHC") serving Jasper County. When the hospital declined to accept P.H. under the emergency detention 'order, the trial court found the hospital in contempt, assessing monetary penalties and jailing two hospital administrators.
