OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, James M. Petty ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas entering summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Kroger Food and Pharmacy ("Kroger") and Scott Heeter ("Heeter"), on appellant's claims for false arrest and malicious prosecution. For the following reasons, we affirm.
