Mayor Thomas Redner of Hudson, Wisconsin, appeals a circuit court decision that a petition for his recall is sufficient to trigger a recall election. Redner advances two lines of argument. First, he alleges that the petition fails to properly allege cause for the recall, as required by sec. 9.10(4)(b), Stats.
