ORDER

Before DYER, Circuit Judge, and FULTON and FAY, District Judges. PER CURIAM.

This cause came before the Court upon plaintiffs’ motion for a partial summary judgment and upon a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Rader, Multach, Collins, and Nunn. All issues of material fact have been resolved by stipulation of counsel, with the exception of damages, if any, recoverable by the plaintiffs from the defendant landlords.
