This is an action brought in the district court of Pottawatomie county by Mrs. L.E. Spencer, as administratrix of the estate of Samuel Bailey, deceased, against B.F. Hamilton, H.T. Douglas, and others, to recover oil an administrator's bond. Defendant Hamilton was formerly administrator of the estate of deceased and the other defendants are sureties on his official bond. He was removed as administrator by the county court of Pottawatomie county, and plaintiff was thereafter duly appointed administratrix in his stead.
